Acceptable Use Policy
What you may not run on VibingView workspaces, and how we handle reports.
This plain-language draft describes how VibingView currently works. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, may change before public launch, and bracketed items are still to be completed.

Why this policy exists
Workspaces run on shared provider networks and public IP addresses. Misuse by one customer can get addresses blocklisted or harm other people, so these rules apply to every application, database and domain on VibingView, and to anyone using your account or applications.
Not allowed
You may not use the service to host, send or facilitate:
- Content or activity that is illegal where it is hosted or targeted, including any child sexual abuse material — which we report to the relevant authorities.
- Phishing, credential harvesting, impersonation of other organisations or deceptive login pages.
- Malware, exploit kits, botnet command-and-control, or ransomware infrastructure.
- Unsolicited bulk email or messaging, or services that relay spam.
- Attacks on other systems: denial-of-service, unauthorised scanning, brute-forcing or exploitation.
- Open proxies, open mail relays or anonymising services that you do not actively control against abuse.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- Harassment, threats, doxxing or content that incites violence.
- Attempts to break tenant isolation, access other customers' data, or interfere with the VibingView control plane, workspace agent or our providers.
- Cryptocurrency mining or sustained resource use that degrades provider infrastructure, unless we agree to it in writing.
Enforcement
When we receive a credible report or detect a problem we may investigate, contact you, remove routing for an application, suspend a workspace or close an account. For urgent risks — such as active phishing, malware or attacks — we may act first and explain afterwards. Repeated or severe violations lead to termination.
Reporting abuse
Use the public report form at /report or email support@vibingview.com. Include the exact URL, what you observed and when. Reports go to our operators for review; submitting a report does not automatically take content offline.
