How billing works
Top up the wallet by card or crypto, then pay each workspace for a 1, 6 or 12 month term. Renewals come from the wallet; if it is empty the server is paused for 28 days, never deleted on the spot.
What is included
Automatic HTTPS, generated hostnames, up to three custom domains per app, managed PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis and MongoDB, build caching, rollbacks, the CLI and the MCP connector. Nothing is metered.
Cancel any time
Cancelling a workspace returns the unused share of the paid term to your wallet as credit once the server is deleted. Upgrades are arranged with support before anything is charged.
Billing questions
How does billing work?
You prepay a wallet in euros by card or crypto. Each workspace is billed for its term (1, 6 or 12 months) up front and renews from the wallet. The price is fixed per plan; there is no metered compute, bandwidth overage or surprise invoice.
What happens when my wallet is empty at renewal?
The workspace is powered off for a 28-day recovery window instead of being deleted. Top up and restore it from the dashboard; after 28 days without payment the server is removed.
Can I scale to a bigger server later?
Yes. Request a larger plan from the workspace page. There is no automatic resize; support confirms the migration and price before anything is charged.
