Copyright & DMCA Policy

How rights holders can report infringing material hosted on VibingView, and how customers can respond.

Draft — pending legal review.

This plain-language draft describes how VibingView currently works. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, may change before public launch, and bracketed items are still to be completed.

Last updated 5 October 2026

Our approach

We respect intellectual-property rights and expect customers to do the same. VibingView hosts customer-controlled applications; we do not review that content in advance, but we act on valid notices. [Designated copyright agent registration and jurisdiction-specific notice procedures to be completed before launch.]

Sending a notice

Send notices through /report (choose "Copyright infringement") or by email to support@vibingview.com. A complete notice includes:

  • Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
  • The exact URL or URLs on a VibingView-hosted application where the material appears.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review the notice, may forward it to the customer responsible, and may disable access to the reported material or its routing. Incomplete or clearly abusive notices may be rejected.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, contact support@vibingview.com with identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, your contact details, consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, and your signature. We may restore the material unless the complainant informs us they have started legal action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe.
