Terms of Service
The rules for using VibingView: what a workspace is, how the prepaid wallet works, and what each side is responsible for.
This plain-language draft describes how VibingView currently works. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, may change before public launch, and bracketed items are still to be completed.

Who these terms are with
These terms govern your use of the VibingView website, dashboard, API, command-line tool and local MCP connector (together, the "service"). The service is operated by [operator legal name, registered address and company number — to be completed before launch] ("VibingView", "we").
By creating an account you confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement and that you use the service for business or professional purposes unless stated otherwise in your local law.
Your account
You must give accurate details and verify your email address before you can fund a wallet or order a workspace. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken with API, CLI or MCP tokens you create. Each token acts with the scopes you chose; revoke tokens you no longer need in account settings.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication and keeping your recovery codes somewhere safe. We cannot recover access to encrypted secrets that you delete.
What a workspace is
A workspace is one dedicated virtual private server (VPS) that we provision for you with our own infrastructure-provider account. You never need your own provider account or API key.
Several applications and private databases can run on the same workspace and share its CPU, memory and storage. New applications get a generated hostname; you can add your own domain after proving ownership and pointing its DNS to the workspace. Adding or verifying a domain never creates or bills an additional VPS.
- Plan resources are listed at the time of order. Workspaces are not automatically resized; an upgrade request is reviewed by support and nothing is charged until a change is agreed.
- We may perform maintenance on the control plane. While maintenance mode is active, new orders, deployments and wallet top-ups can be paused; running applications are not intentionally interrupted.
Prepaid wallet and billing
The service is prepaid in euros. You add funds to your wallet through one of the payment methods shown at checkout, and workspace charges are taken from that balance. Full details, including renewals, cancellation credit and refunds, are in the Refund & Billing Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Wallet receipts confirm a wallet transaction. They are not tax invoices.
Your content and your responsibilities
You keep all rights to the code, data and content you deploy. You give us only the permissions needed to store, build, run, route and back up that content in order to provide the service to you.
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, keep your software patched, and protect the credentials of applications you run. You are responsible for keeping independent backups of anything you cannot afford to lose; provider snapshots, where offered, are not a complete or guaranteed backup.
Cancellation, suspension and termination
You can cancel a workspace at any time from the dashboard. Cancelling destroys the VPS and everything stored on it, including application volumes and databases. This cannot be undone.
We may suspend a workspace or account when renewal fails for lack of funds, when we reasonably believe the Acceptable Use Policy is being broken, when there is a security risk to other customers or our providers, or when required by law. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
Availability and support
VibingView is a new service and is provided without a formal service-level agreement. We aim to keep it reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability of the service, any workspace or any third-party provider. Support is provided through dashboard tickets and support@vibingview.com.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [Liability, warranty and consumer-law wording to be confirmed by counsel.]
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. These terms are governed by [governing law and courts — to be completed before launch].
