Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

Workspaces share networks and public IP addresses. Misuse by one customer can get addresses blocklisted and harm other people, so these rules apply to every application, database, domain and account on VibingView, including activity through the API, CLI and MCP connector.

2. Prohibited content

You may not host, store or distribute:

• Anything illegal where it is hosted or targeted, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the relevant authorities.
• Phishing pages, credential harvesting, impersonation of other organisations or deceptive login pages.
• Malware, exploit kits, ransomware or stolen data.
• Material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, or content that incites violence or hatred.
• Unlicensed gambling, counterfeit goods, or the sale of controlled substances or weapons.

3. Prohibited network activity

You may not use the service for:

• Attacks on other systems: denial-of-service, unauthorised scanning, brute-forcing or exploitation.
• Botnet command-and-control, or running infrastructure for any of the above.
• Unsolicited bulk email or messaging, or relaying spam.
• Open proxies, open mail relays or anonymising services you do not actively protect against abuse.
• Cryptocurrency mining, or sustained resource use designed to degrade shared infrastructure.
• Attempts to break tenant isolation, access other customers’ data, or interfere with the VibingView control plane or workspace agent.

4. Abuse investigation and quarantine

When we receive a credible report or detect a problem we investigate and may contact you, remove routing for an application, quarantine (power off) a workspace, or close an account. For urgent risks, such as active phishing, malware or attacks, we act first and explain afterwards. Data on a quarantined workspace is preserved during the investigation unless the law requires otherwise.

Repeated or severe violations lead to termination without refund of the affected period.

5. Reporting violations

Use the public report form at /report or email support@vibingview.com. Include the exact URL, what you observed and when. Submitting a report does not automatically take content down; our team reviews every report.
