1. Copyright compliance

We respect intellectual-property rights and expect customers to do the same. VibingView hosts customer-controlled applications; we do not review that content in advance, but we act promptly on valid notices, in line with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and comparable laws.

2. Designated copyright agent

Copyright notices go to: Omar Konbor, VibingView copyright agent, 17 bis Hay Essalam, 24000 Casablanca, Morocco. Email: support@vibingview.com (subject line “Copyright notice”). You can also use /report and choose “Copyright infringement”.

3. Submitting a takedown notice

A complete notice includes:

• Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• The exact URL or URLs on a VibingView-hosted application where the material appears.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

4. What happens next

We review the notice, forward it to the customer responsible, and may disable access to the material or its routing. Incomplete or clearly abusive notices may be rejected.

5. Counter-notification procedure

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, send our copyright agent: identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake; your name, address and telephone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court; and your signature. We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10 business days unless they tell us they have started legal action.

6. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe.
