Terms of Service
The agreement between you and VibingView: what we provide, how billing works, and what each side is responsible for.

1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of the VibingView website, dashboard, API, command-line tool and MCP connector (together, the “service”). The service is operated by Omar Konbor, a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) established at 17 bis Hay Essalam, 24000 Casablanca, Morocco (“VibingView”, “we”, “us”).
By creating an account you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund & Billing Policy and the DMCA & Copyright Policy. You confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
2. The service
VibingView provides managed cloud hosting. A workspace is one dedicated virtual private server (VPS) that we provision and operate for you. Several applications and private databases can run on the same workspace and share its CPU, memory and storage. You never need your own infrastructure account or API key.
New applications get a generated address. You can add your own domain after proving ownership and pointing its DNS to the workspace. Adding a domain never creates or bills an additional VPS.
Plan resources and prices are shown before you order. Workspaces are not resized automatically; an upgrade request is reviewed by support and nothing is charged until a change is agreed.
3. Your account
Give accurate details and verify your email address before funding a wallet or ordering a workspace. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken with your account key and any API, CLI or MCP tokens. Revoke or replace keys you no longer trust from the dashboard.
We strongly recommend two-factor authentication. We cannot recover encrypted secrets that you delete.
4. Billing, prepaid periods and workspaces
The service is prepaid in euros from your VibingView wallet. Each workspace is billed for a prepaid period of 1, 6 or 12 months, charged in full from the wallet when ordered and when renewed. Longer periods carry the discount shown at checkout. Renewal, cancellation credit, suspension and refunds are described in the Refund & Billing Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Card payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia), our online reseller and merchant of record for those orders. Creem appears on your bank statement, issues the receipt or invoice for the payment, and handles payment-related tax. Creem’s buyer terms apply to the payment itself; these terms apply to the VibingView service.
5. Your content and your responsibilities
VibingView is a technical intermediary: you decide what runs on your workspace, and we do not review it in advance. You keep all rights to the code, data and content you deploy, and give us only the permissions needed to store, build, run, route and back it up to provide the service.
You are responsible for that content and its lawfulness, for keeping your software patched, for protecting the credentials of applications you run, and for complying with the Acceptable Use Policy. You will compensate us for third-party claims caused by content or activity you are responsible for.
Keep independent backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. Snapshots, where offered, are not a complete or guaranteed backup.
6. Suspension, cancellation and termination
You can cancel a workspace at any time from the dashboard. Cancelling destroys the VPS and everything on it, including application volumes and databases, and cannot be undone.
We may suspend a workspace or account when a renewal cannot be paid, when we reasonably believe the Acceptable Use Policy is being broken, when there is a security risk to other customers or to our infrastructure, or when required by law. Where practical we tell you why first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can close your account at any time from Settings.
7. Infrastructure, availability and force majeure
VibingView is a new service provided without a formal service-level agreement. We work to keep it reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability of the service or of any workspace. Planned maintenance may briefly pause new orders, deployments or top-ups; running applications are not intentionally interrupted.
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as data-centre or network outages, power failures, attacks, natural disasters, acts of authorities or failures of upstream providers.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. For material changes we notify you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, and the competent courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there.
